The Mint Hash page at basedmining.xyz/mint is where you can turn tokens into Bitcoin hashpower.

Before you start

Walkthrough

1

Visit the Mint Hash page

2

Connect your wallet

Click Connect Wallet in the top right. Approve the connection in your wallet popup.Make sure your wallet is on Base mainnet. If it’s on the wrong network, the page prompts you to switch.
3

Pick a tier

Four tiers — Spark, Miner, Digger, Crusher. See the tier table.
4

Pick a payment token

ETH, USDC, or cbBTC. The page quotes the live equivalent for whichever token you pick.
5

Pick a quantity

1–20 NFTs per transaction. Quantity multiplies hashpower and duration.
6

Approve (if paying USDC or cbBTC)

First-time mints with USDC or cbBTC require a one-time approval transaction. Your wallet will prompt you. ETH mints skip this step.
7

Mint

Click Mint, confirm in your wallet, wait a few seconds for the transaction to land on Base.
8

See your NFT

The success modal shows your NFT art and a Basescan link. Your NFT is now in your wallet and queued for the next Block Party.

What happens after minting

  1. Your NFT lands in your wallet. Visible immediately on Basescan; may take a moment for wallets/marketplaces to index.
  2. You’re queued for the next Block Party. The dashboard’s leaderboards will show your address with a RENTAL badge once your hashpower activates.
  3. When the Block Party starts, your rented hashpower goes live and mines for the full duration of your tier.
  4. If a block is found during your active window, you receive cbBTC on Base proportional to your hashpower contribution — automatically, to the same address that minted.

Common issues

For ETH mints, you need enough ETH to cover both the mint price and gas. For USDC/cbBTC mints, you need the token amount + a small amount of ETH for gas.
Either you’re not connected or you’re on the wrong network. Reconnect and confirm you’re on Base mainnet.
Most failed mints are gas-too-low, wrong-network, or a stale price feed (rare). The error box on the tier card will tell you which. Try again after a few seconds.
Some wallets are slow to index new NFTs. Refresh the wallet, switch networks back and forth, or wait a few minutes. If you’re checking OpenSea or another marketplace, look in the “Hidden” folder. Marketplaces sometimes auto-hide newly minted NFTs from collections they don’t recognize. Move it to your main collection from there. The NFT is yours regardless of whether your wallet’s UI has caught up — Basescan shows the truth.
It means your hashpower is sourced from a spot-market rental rather than a hardware miner you operate. Same payout treatment, same proportional share of rewards.

Referral bonus

After minting, the success modal shows your personal referral link. Refer 10 paid mints → 1 free Spark NFT. Refer 50 → 5 free Sparks + $50. See Referrals for the details, and follow @basedminingco for occasional special bonuses (extra rewards for first 100 referrers, double-credit weekends, etc.).
