Last Updated: May 22, 2026 This Privacy Policy describes the privacy practices of BasedMining (“BasedMining,” “we,” “us,” “our”) and how we handle personal information that we collect from you (“you” or “User”) in connection with our Bitcoin mining pool service, hashpower rental NFT platform, as well as through our website located at https://basedmining.xyz/ and any other website or service that we own or control and that links to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Service” or “Services”). The Service applies to both NFT holders (“Minters”), who acquire Block Party hashpower access via NFT minting, and direct miners (“Pool Miners”) who connect Bitcoin mining hardware to our pool. Both are Users for purposes of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use, store, and disclose that information, and your choices concerning our information practices. Please review this Privacy Policy carefully before using the Service or submitting any personal information to BasedMining and contact us if you have any questions.

1. Your Acceptance of This Privacy Policy

Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices for collecting, using, storing, and disclosing your personal information. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, do not use our Services. By accessing or using our Services, you indicate that you understand, accept, and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time (see Changes to the Privacy Policy). We recommend you check this Privacy Policy periodically for updates as your continued use of our Services after we make changes indicates that you accept and consent to those changes.

2. Blockchain Data and Transparency

Because BasedMining operates on blockchain technology, certain information related to your transactions, including your digital wallet address, NFT ownership, mining contributions, and block payouts, will be recorded on public, immutable blockchain ledgers including the Base network and the Bitcoin network. This information cannot be altered or deleted once recorded. As a result, you should be aware that:
  • Information stored on the blockchain is publicly accessible and may be viewed by anyone.
  • We cannot delete or modify information recorded on the blockchain.
  • Your Ethereum-based wallet address (used for NFT minting on Base) is linked to a Bitcoin address derived for your mining contributions. Both addresses are visible on their respective public blockchains.
  • You are responsible for managing your digital wallet and the privacy of your wallet addresses.
  • The nature of blockchain technology may limit our ability to fully comply with certain data deletion requests under data protection laws.
