The Service applies to both NFT holders (“Minters”), who acquire Block Party hashpower access via NFT minting, and direct miners (“Pool Miners”) who connect Bitcoin mining hardware to our pool. 1. Your Acceptance of This Privacy Policy

By accessing or using our Services, you indicate that you understand, accept, and consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. Blockchain Data and Transparency
Because BasedMining operates on blockchain technology, certain information related to your transactions, including your digital wallet address, NFT ownership, mining contributions, and block payouts, will be recorded on public, immutable blockchain ledgers including the Base network and the Bitcoin network. This information cannot be altered or deleted once recorded. As a result, you should be aware that:- Information stored on the blockchain is publicly accessible and may be viewed by anyone.
- We cannot delete or modify information recorded on the blockchain.
- Your Ethereum-based wallet address (used for NFT minting on Base) is linked to a Bitcoin address derived for your mining contributions. Both addresses are visible on their respective public blockchains.
- You are responsible for managing your digital wallet and the privacy of your wallet addresses.
- The nature of blockchain technology may limit our ability to fully comply with certain data deletion requests under data protection laws.
3. Personal Information Collection
Personal Information You Provide. We may collect the following categories of information from you, depending on how you interact with our Services:- Identification and Wallet Information. We collect your digital wallet addresses (EVM/Base and Bitcoin), NFT ownership records, and any other information you provide on or through the Services.
- Communications. We may collect information from you when you contact us with questions, feedback, or otherwise correspond with us through Telegram, email, or social media.
- Optional Profile Information. If you choose to associate a Basename, ENS name, or other public identifier with your wallet, that information becomes visible on the leaderboard.
- Other Information. We may collect other information not specifically listed here, which we will use as described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed at the time of collection.
- Device Information. Such as your device’s operating system type and version, browser type, screen resolution, device type (e.g., phone, tablet), IP address, language settings, and general location information such as country.
- Usage Information. Such as pages or screens you viewed, how long you spent on a page or screen, browsing history, navigation paths between pages or screens, and access times.
- Cookies, which are text files stored on your device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information or settings. We may use analytics services to help us understand how users interact with our Services.
- Local storage technologies, like HTML5, that provide cookie-equivalent functionality.
- Web beacons, also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs, which are used to demonstrate that a webpage was accessed or opened.
- Social Media Information. We may maintain pages on social media platforms, such as X (Twitter), Farcaster, and other third-party platforms. When you visit or interact with our pages on those platforms, the platform provider’s privacy policy will apply.
- Personal Information from Publicly Available Sources. We may collect identification information about you from publicly available blockchain networks, such as the Base blockchain, the Bitcoin blockchain, and ENS/Basename resolution services.
- Third-Party Login Information. When you connect a third-party software cryptocurrency wallet to our Services, that wallet may provide us with public address information.
4. Personal Information Use
We use your personal information for the following purposes:- To Provide, Operate and Administer the Services, including to enable mint transactions, derive Bitcoin worker addresses for hashpower attribution, place rentals on hashpower marketplaces on your behalf, track your contributions to Block Party rounds, and distribute block rewards to your wallet.
- To Communicate With You About the Services. Through our Telegram bot or other channels, we may send mint confirmations, Block Party alerts, block-find notifications, and support messages.
- To Improve, Monitor, Personalize Our Services, including by understanding usage patterns and personalizing your experience.
- For Research and Development. We may use anonymized or aggregated data for analysis and improvement of the Services.
- For Compliance and Protection. We may use your personal information to comply with applicable laws, protect rights and safety, audit internal processes, enforce our Terms of Service, and prevent fraudulent, harmful, unauthorized, unethical, or illegal activity.
5. Personal Information Disclosure
Our Disclosures: We may disclose your personal information in the following ways:- Service Providers. We may disclose your personal information to third-party companies that provide services on our behalf, including hashpower marketplaces (such as Braiins), Bitcoin node infrastructure, hosting providers, and analytics services.
- Professional Advisors. We may disclose your personal information to professional advisors, such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants, where necessary in the course of the professional services that they render to us.
- Authorities and Others. We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement, government authorities, and private parties, as we believe in good faith to be necessary or appropriate.
- Business Transferees. We may disclose your personal information in connection with a corporate divestiture, merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or other disposition of business assets.

Opt Out of Communications. You may opt out of our Telegram bot notifications by blocking or removing the bot from your chats. Personal Information Requests.
